专利说明:
[1] The invention relates to a shoe, in particular, a sports shoe, which comprises a sole and an upper part of the shoe, the sole comprising a part of the sole, which presents an area of the bottom, the from which at least one support part extends upwards according to the determination of the use of the footwear, the upper part of the footwear comprising a sock-shaped section, connected with the sole for the reception of the user's foot . [2] Sports shoes of this type are generally known. The sole part often has sections extending upward through a structure similar to the bottom plate, which should give the user's foot a good grip. [3] In addition, it is known to insert a sock-shaped section in the upper part of the shoe, which involves the user's foot considerably, wearing the shoe as desired. [4] In this case, there is a constant concern to design the shoe in such a way that there is a better possible contact on the user's foot. In this case, uniform tension is desired after the shoe is tied to the user's foot. [5] The invention has the task of perfecting a shoe according to the gender, in such a way that an improved contact of the shoe can be obtained on the user's foot, when the shoe is tied on the user's foot. [6] The solution to this task by means of the invention is characterized by the fact that at least one support part covers the half-shaped section on the outer side of the footwear, and through at least one section of the part There is no firm connection between the support part and the sock-shaped section, and that both the at least one support part and the sock-shaped section are surrounded by a clamping element, which presses the support part as well as the sock-shaped section in any case partially against the foot of the footwear user. [7] In this case, the clamping element is executed as a network-like structure, which has an infinite number of openings. In this case, the clamping element can be connected with the sole in the bottom area of the shoe. This element can be executed by surrounding the underside of the shoe. In this case, a preferred embodiment provides that the clamping element is fixed between a section of the sole and an outer sole that forms the bottom closure of the shoe. [8] Preferably, in this case, a loop of the cord is threaded through the openings of the clamping element in order to clamp the clamping element on the foot of the footwear user. [9] Inside the sock-shaped section, an insole can be arranged. [10] Each support part can be arranged in the rear side area of the shoe. In this case, it is foreseen that the support part extends through a height of at least 40% of the total height of the shoe, preferably through at least 50% of the total height of the shoe. [11] In addition, at least one support part is arranged in the heel area of the shoe. In this case too, a preferred embodiment provides that the support part extends over a height of at least 40% of the total height of the shoe, preferably at least 50% of the total height of the shoe. [12] In this case, moreover, it can be provided that a single support part is arranged in the heel area of the shoe, which has a cutout in the central area. In this way, in a particularly advantageous way it is possible that the footwear is ideally placed on the user's foot after it is also tied to the heel area. [13] In addition, each support part can be arranged in the front or central area of the shoe. [14] In this case - possibly beyond a point in the heel area - the clamping element can be connected only in the area of the bottom of the sole with that point, and otherwise it can circle without connection around the area of the upper part of the shoe. [15] In the area of the foot entrance, the clamping element executed in the form of a network may have a surrounding reinforcing edge; this edge is preferably formed by a ribbon of flat synthetic material. [16] Therefore, an essential feature of the concept in question, in any case according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is the fact that the midsole (designated above as part of the sole) through certain areas - in particular, in the heel area and in the side area - there is no connection with an internal shoe in the shape of a sock, and the shoe is surrounded externally by a network-shaped structure. Only by tying the net-like structure does the midsole approach the inner shoe in the shape of a sock. In this way, an improved form of shoe adjustment is possible. [17] In this case, the net-like structure can extend down to the sole area; it can also extend completely around the underside of the shoe. [18] Therefore, in the case of the suggested concept, in the inner area of the shoe or the upper part of the shoe there is a "sock" that in any case is not partially connected with the midsole; this applies at least to the side area, in the bottom area a connection can be provided. [19] Only the "net" then securely fastens the midsole and the "sock" on the foot by means of a cord loop. [20] With this, it is advantageously obtained that after tying the shoes, it is optimally placed on the user's foot, and a uniform pressure distribution is exerted on the user's foot. [21] Furthermore, it is advantageous that this can be achieved with measures produced in a relatively simple way, which can be converted at low cost. [22] The drawing shows examples of the invention. They are shown: In fig. 1 a shoe according to the invention, which is executed as sports shoes in exploded representation, In fig. 2 the side view of a sock-shaped section, which is a component of the shoe, and in particular, of the upper part of the shoe, In fig. 3 the side view of the sock-shaped section, which is now inserted into a part of the sole, In fig. 4 the part of the sole according to figure 3 together with the section in the shape of a sock and with a clamping element, which is executed as a net-like structure in the side view, in fig. 5 the side view of the complete shoe, In fig. 6 the top view over the complete shoe and In fig. 7 the view of the shoe from behind according to a similar embodiment of the invention, with the part of the sole that supports the heel, as well as other components of the shoe being shown. [23] In figure 1, a way of executing shoes according to the invention in exploded representation can be seen. The shoe 1 has a sole 2 and an upper part of the shoe 3, which is connected with the sole 2. In this case, the sole 2 consists of a part of the sole 4, below which an outer sole 10 is arranged. in turn, the sole part 4 has a bottom area 5, which corresponds to the shape of the foot support surface, and support parts 6 and 6 'that extend vertically upwards. [24] The upper part of the shoe 3 consists, in essence, of a sock-shaped section 7, which is provided for receiving the foot of the footwear user, and of a clamping element 8 in the form of a structure in the form of a network. [25] Due to its execution as a net, the clamping element 8 is provided with a number of openings 9, through which a loop of cord 11 can be threaded, in order to tie footwear 1 to the user's foot. [26] In this case, the clamping element 8 is provided not only to transform the half-shaped section 7 on its outer side, but also to transform the supporting parts 6, 6 'on its outer side and during the tie the footwear to the user's foot and pull towards the foot. [27] In this case, it is essential that the support parts 6, 6 'cover the half-shaped section 7 on the outside of the shoe. In this case, there is no fixed connection between the supporting part 6, 6 'and the half-shaped section 7. In addition, both the supporting parts 6, 6' and also the half-shaped section 7 are surrounded by the clamping element 8, which clamps both the support parts 6, 6 'as well as the sock-shaped section 7 on the foot of the footwear user. [28] The assembly of the shoe can be seen once again from the other figures: [29] In figure 2 the section in the shape of a sock 7 can be seen, below which the part of sole 4 is placed according to figure 3. In figure 3 it can be well recognized once again as from the area of the bottom 5 of the part of the sole 4 the support parts 6 and 6 'extend upwards, under which it must be understood that these parts extend, in essence, vertically upwards, when the shoe is on the ground. [30] In figure 4 it can be seen as the arrangement according to figure 3, from now on it is covered from the outside by the clamping element 8, and can be tightened when the shoe is tied on the user's foot. In this figure it can also be seen that in the area where the foot enters the shoe, the clamping element can be equipped with a reinforcing edge 13. [31] This reinforcement edge 13 can be made as an element of thin synthetic material in the form of a film, which also ensures that the mesh-like structure of the clamping element 8 is involved in this area and cannot be wrinkled easily. [32] Ready-made shoes are shown in figures 5 (in the side view) and 6 (in the top view). In this case, once again it is also shown that the height h of the support part 6 in the rear side area of the shoe 1 has a value, which corresponds to at least 50% of the total height H of the shoe 1, preferably even much sharper. [33] In figure 7 the footwear - certainly not with all the components - can be seen from behind, and in fact in a slightly different form of execution, in which in the heel area there is a support part 6 ' ', which - as described above - is molded on the part of sole 4. [34] The support part 6 '' involves the heel of the user's foot in the shape of a shell, however it has a cutout 12 that is in the central plane. Also in this case, the height h 'of the support part 6' 'is drawn, with reference to that being the same as shown above for the support part 6. [35] In this case, a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the support part 6 is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the shoe, for example, in the center of the shoe, while a support part 6 '' equipped with the cutout 12 is arranged in the heel area of the shoe.
